As if Western Sydney wasn’t prime enough for Property Investors right now, the Federal Government has just signed off on the site for Sydney’s second airport to be located in Badgerys Creek.
Prime Minister Tony Abbott has indicated that planning and design phase will begin immediately with construction set to commence in 2016. Badgerys Creek residents are up in arms, but investors with an existing presence in the Western Sydney region are laughing, with the forecasted capital growth of the area set to sky rocket.
