Harry Charalambous
Director of Projects
Harry is a self-made millionaire and property expert. With a background in trade, Harry has nearly 40 years of experience in the property investment and development industry. This experience and Harry’s wealth of knowledge give clients the link between their dreams and an achievable reality.
Harry provides mentoring to an extensive group of highly successful investors and has developed an extensive range of contacts in both the investment and developer fields. Harry lives and breathes property and has personally been involved in over $250 million worth of property transactions. Helen Charalambous
Property Acquisition Specialist
Helen started her career as an Art Teacher after completing a Bachelor of Art Education at College of Fine Arts (UNSW).
Coupling her interest in design and passion for property, Helen purchased her first property at the age of 21 and proceeded to renovate and build ten homes in ten years.
Helen has been involved in over 30 projects including new homes, duplexes, renovations and subdivisions and now offers that experience to the Plan Assist clients by way of managing the Buyer’s Agency service.
Chris Taylor
Property Procurement & Management – Queensland
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the horticultural industry including owning and operating a wholesale plant nursery for 25 years. His experience in supplying products to major clients such as Bunnings and Big W means Chris has the know how when dealing with all levels of business and government.
As Queensland representative for the Plan Assist Property Team, he sources and secures properties for clients as well as driving the project management during development and construction stages. In his own right, Chris has developed several properties including an ecological retreat on their property “Rainforest Edge”. He is currently studying for his Diploma in Project Management.
