The second phase of this exciting online relaunch is for our members section which will present a whole new experience to both new and existing property investing members. Many of our members participated in a survey last year and provided our team with valuable feedback which we have applied to the design process of our new membership site and program. We’ve been busy at Plan Assist Constructions!
Our Constructions and Project Management teams have been working hard and have handed over some great projects to some very satisfied clients in recent weeks. To share these successes with you we are now featuring some of our completed projects on our blog.

Recently, the team have been focusing on the goals within their role, as these will be a primary focus in our upcoming Plan Assist Annual Team Conference. When do you examine your financial or business goals? Have you set your property goals for this financial year? No matter what your property goals are, we have the expertise to help you achieve them.
Here are Harry’s top three Property Goal Setting tips.
- Life is a Game: Start with the end in mind. What are you wanting to achieve and why? (Cashflow, Development Profit, Tax Deductions). What will this mean to you?
- What’s your Aim: Set a realistic target on when you will achieve your goal and get very specific about how you will get there (Buy and Hold, Chunk Deals, Renovations, Subdivisions).
- What’s your Plan: How much time and money are you prepared to invest? Who specifically can help you fill the gap?
