I thought I would share this with you this in January to help you make the most of your 2019 property investing. Here is one way that I find works really well when planning a successful year ahead.
The first step is to give yourself some time and space. And now, let your mind be still and imagine and get REALLY CLEAR on where you want to be in five years. You can start by picking a number. The amount of passive income from your investment properties or a number of properties.
Take your time here and make sure you come up with something that really works for you, and link that goal with something that you will achieve, something that inspires you .
Then create your goals for 2019 that are focused on achieving your five-year vision. With a clear vison combined with specific goals and weekly actions, you will stay more PRESENT as you move forward to achieving your ultimate outcome in five years.
Rather than hoping to get through 2019, if you ger REALLY CLEAR on what you want, then you have a much better chance to make things happen as everything starts to “magically” fall into place!
